    This creamery reminded me of Fenton's. They had crab sandwich's and a variety of great food selections. Plus the mouth watering desserts too. The tables were quite small for us so we put our table together with another family that we knew next to us. We got told later after our meal that we would be charged for a large party for doing that. Which I normally tip 20 percent but they added 18 percent. The service was very good there as well as the food. I did not know they had a senior menu other wise I would have ordered from there. Military discount was only for those with ID and not for the whole bill. I do recommend this place you won't be disappointed.

    Amazing ice cream and amazing service. I've been coming to Leatherbys since I was a kid. Every time I eat here it brings me back to when I was a kid eating at the Fremont location. The service is amazing and we are always greeted with a smile. The daily lunch specials are priced great and the Tuesday 2 for 2 deal is amazing. I would definitely recommend this place!

    Hi-ya! This is the new Leatherby's for n Folsom and it maintains the same consistency of quality taste and service as the other locations. So a friend told me that she and her family really enjoy dining at Leatherbys--and I mean eating lunch or dinner in addition to the ice cream. TBH we really never order food (besides fries)--we really just come for the deserts. But this time with my friend's commentary in mind I looked around and saw the foods folks were eating and from that visual aspect---it looked good. Really good, some chicken sandwich a customer had looked has burned into my memory-- so next time. Anyway, we ordered a root beer float, the smaller banana split, fries (with ranch) and a sundae. Oh, so if you ask for a side of ranch it's an extra 0.99. Our server was fast and really courteous. And even the host that sat us clearly communicated that a booth was available, but asked for a moment while he cleared it--then sat us quickly. The only hitch if there is one is that when it came time to pay, they asked that I use credit and I wanted to use the cash I had, but it was ok.

    Very nice large location out in Folsom. I had purchased a Groupon and didn't even realize they had a location out here. It was a busy lunch on a Friday when we stopped in and we were seated quickly and had friendly service. I opted for ice cream and hubby actually ate lunch. As always everything was delicious and now I know when I'm up this way where they are now.
